No. Your customers pay through your own payment provider. LumaDue helps you request and track payments and does not hold customer funds.
Do my customers need a LumaDue account?+
No. Your customer can open a payment request without joining LumaDue. Their chosen payment provider may have its own account requirements.
Is the free tool really free?+
Yes. Try up to three active requests in this browser without a card. The full app has an optional paid plan.
Are payments confirmed automatically?+
Not yet. You verify payments in your own payment account and record them in LumaDue. Customers can report that they have paid, but that is not verification.
