These terms describe the public free payment-tracking software. A finalized legal agreement identifying the business operator will be provided before paid subscriptions are activated.

What LumaDue does

LumaDue helps you record payment requests, track amounts you mark paid, and prepare polite reminder messages. It is not a bank, a lender, a debt-collection agency, escrow service or payment processor for your clients. We cannot guarantee payment or recovery of unpaid amounts.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate records, the lawfulness of your payment requests, protecting customer details you enter, and checking each reminder before sending it. You must comply with applicable privacy, electronic messaging, invoicing, tax and debt-collection laws. No threatening, misleading or harassing messages.

Free access and pricing

The working free tool supports up to three active payment requests per device and browser. Future Premium pricing is advertised as US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year, before applicable taxes. Premium checkout is not enabled on this public site, so no subscription purchases are made here. Full renewal, refund, cancellation and consumer-rights terms must be confirmed at checkout before paid launch.

Reliability and records

Browser storage can be lost. Export your records regularly and do not rely on this software as your only accounting source. The site is provided for practical payment organization, not financial, tax or legal advice.
