The free payment tracking tool is designed around data minimization. This information explains the public site's current functionality.

Local records

Payment request information you enter in the free tool is saved only in this browser's local storage. It is not uploaded into a LumaDue user account by this website. The information may disappear if browser storage is cleared. Export a CSV regularly to keep a separate record.

Messages and third-party services

We prepare reminder text only when you request it. If you choose WhatsApp, SMS or email, your browser opens that service for you to review and send. The service you use then processes any information you decide to share under its own terms. LumaDue does not initiate automatic contact with your clients.

Payments and accounts

This public free tool does not collect payment-card information and does not move money between people. Premium subscription billing is not active on this site. We do not request banking credentials.

Cookies and analytics

Preferences and payment records are stored in browser storage to make the free tool work. The site's basic visitor analytics, where enabled, are configured not to persist analytics session identifiers on the device. Hosting services may still process technical logs to run the site securely.

Contact, removal and international service

You can remove individual payment records inside the tool or clear this site's browser storage. To permanently erase the free tool's local records, remove them in your browser. A named operating business, support contact, retention policy for any later account system, and jurisdiction-specific international processing disclosures will be finalized before paid subscriptions launch. Do not enter identity numbers, payment cards or bank credentials.
